Wow, coming down from some serious SuperBowl!  Oh, and George and Reba on Friday night!  

This morning Tim pointed out that he saw some stuff at the George and Reba show he’s never seen before…and in fact, got involved in one of them!

And as for the SuperBowl… we had to congratulate the New Orleans Saints, so we called a random spot on Bourbon Street.  Well, we actually called the place Becky Lynn suggested…the 2 story Krystal Hamburgers restaurant!

And then, TnW broke down some of the SuperBowl commercials and discovered that America saw at least 2 connections to Phoenix during the ads!   

Nelson called from Australia where he watched some of the game on the Internet and revealed some legal problems for the famous Aussie group Men at Work!

And the NASCAR season is picking up speed.  Wally checked in with details on the weekend’s Bud ShootOut.

Larry O’Donnell, the COO of Waste Management, is the first subject on a new CBS show called “Undercover Boss”.  It will premiere right after the SuperBowl on Sunday.  He went to the trenches, literally, but employees didn’t know who he was!

Sinbad was in studio this morning.  Hope you caught him …but if you didn’t, here’s a little bit of him helping out a listener!  Sinbad is at the Tempe Improv tonight and Saturday night!

Did you hear the George Strait Song of The Day?  It’s The Chair…and here are Tim and Willy to sing it for you.  You may not recognize the words though!

It’s a big weekend…George and Reba, Sinbad, and the SuperBowl…that and more played into your weekend so we sang a Friday song about some KMLE listeners weekend plans.

NASCAR is about to roar with the Daytona 500 coming up next weekend.  This weekend…practice, practice, practice and Wally was here to bring us up to date.

Giddy-on-Up and meet Laura Bell Bundy…we played her song this morning called “Giddy -On-Up” .  She’s an up and comer, in a way.  Laura is already a smash sensation on Broadway having performed in many huge shows like Hairspray, Legally Blonde (Elle), and Wicked (Glinda).  Now, this Kentucky native is making her name in Nashville.

We started our morning with a special mystery guest…Megan Shea.  And  listeners tried to guess what her special is for NASCAR tickets…it didn’t take as long as we thought.  She can speak backwards.  Listen to her!

Debora Norville gave us a call about today’s Inside Edition.  They’re giving “Jersey Shores” star Snookie a makeover.  Then Snookie works her own magic on the Inside Edition reporter!

Did you hear Joe Biden’s review of Avatar?  He liked it…I think…when he could remember the name of it!

And we checked in with Jimmy Wayne.  He’s now in Little Rock, Arkansas on his trek across the country.  He told us a hilarious story of an experience he had when he was a homeless 15 year old.

Tomorrow morning SINBAD, the star of the debut of the new CBS show “Undercover Boss” and more Tim and Willy fun!

And again, we decided to spruce up the George Strait song of the Day…this time with a flute.   Now True, Willy does play the flute better than he played the trumpet yesterday, but still…see if you can guess the name of the song!
